Later on, she shifted her focus on e-commerce and currently manages the member-owned nonprofit, Empowery eCommerce Cooperative, to help other entrepreneurs. She hosts the eCommerce Connection show and has spoken at many events, including a Catalyst88 Mastermind event in London, the Empowery Women’s Conference, the White Label Expo and many others.

Melissa Simonson from Empowery eCommerce Cooperative brings together ecommerce entrepreneurs and vendors. The Empowery coop is for entrepreneur and vendors to come together and help each other. Sellers get the power of a coop to get the best deal on services from vendors. Vendors also get to be part of a large group of online sellers that can instantly start using your service in large numbers.

Who is the Beard Guy?

Norman Farrar is a serial entrepreneur who provides online marketing and managed eCommerce solutions for brands. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benz and 20th Century Fox. Since the early 1990s, Norman has focused on helping entrepreneurs optimize their operations and unlock their business’s potential.

When Norm isn’t traveling the world speaking at some of the largest e-commerce events or mentoring amazon sellers, he focuses his time on his four businesses. As if he wasn’t busy enough, Norm also hosts a weekly Live Show on Facebook and YouTube where he shares his thoughts on Amazon and E-Commerce with other Industry experts.
