Webinar 1 EN - From Digitalization to Global Interaction with Cultural Heritage

This webinar, titled “From Digitalization to Global Interaction with Cultural Heritage”, is the first in the series of webinars organized for students, aspiring professionals, and educators in architecture, 3D laser scanning, and heritage conservation in Ukraine.

This series is part of the project "Architectural Heritage Preservation in Times of War: The Ukrainian Model" implemented by the Heritage Management Organization in partnership with the Kharkiv School of Architecture (temporarily relocated to Lviv) and Skeiron (Lviv), and supported by the Public Diplomacy Section of the U.S. Embassy to Ukraine (views expressed during the webinars do not reflect the official position of the U.S. Government).

Speakers:

Jakub Vanko presents Reality Capture software, a powerful tool for 3D scanning and photogrammetry used by many organizations, including Skeiron, CyArk, Iconem, and more.

Thomas Flynn, an expert in 3D technologies for cultural heritage, shares his experience in digitalization, online publishing, open access, and interactive storytelling.
