Have you ever had your rice and sauces get stuck on your bamboo mats? Gone are the days wrapping them in layers of plastic wrap just to stop the sauce and rice from sticking onto my mat because it never stays put anyway. Until one day I realized, the mats are the same size as big @ziploc bags so I just slipped it right into it and voila, the perfect bamboo mat cover that keeps it nice and clean. Then you can just wash the ziploc bag and store the bamboo mat just like that!
