Knikki Hernandez discusses entrepreneurship in the classroom and how it enables teachers to better instruct members of Generation Z. Knikki Hernandez is a high school Spanish teacher in Central Virginia with several years of experience working alongside students and teachers to maximize learning gains and academic outcomes. Throughout the pandemic, Knikki found an additional passion for the generational differences and created an organization called Turning The Tide Teachables where she and her team provide access to trainings, courses, and coaching sessions for educators, parents, and anyone who is seeking insight into connecting with other generations to build stronger and healthier relationships and cultures. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
