Scam TB50 Batteries on Aliexpress

Bought 2 new batteries on aliexpress from this seller for $200 USD
Took (1) 13min. Test flight
Attempted to charge the battery the following week for work, battery temp sensor failed.
Contacted seller immediately, was told to wait.
And wait, and wait, and wait...
No resolution.
Opened an official claim to return..
Aliexpress fought me tooth and nail never approving the return.
After finally securing the right to return, I was told i needed to provide a shipping label.
I've never shipped Lithium Ion batteries before and used ParcelMonkey.Com
The batteries arrived in CT. USA and was intercepted by the carrier whom claimed I needed to find a different shipping service.

I hired USPS to redeliver the package Nov. 26th, as of Dec. 19th the tracking number reports "Dec.13th, 2025, Moving Through Network
In Transit to Next Facility".
Aliexpress sends me an email requesting more info with a link to provide it. The link is dead. I upload the photos on Aliexpress via website.
Aliexpress denies the return claiming I didn't provide them with adequate evidence.

I've provided EVERY SINGLE STEP in this process, chat histories, boxing and shipping videos, comms with the shipping broker, photos of the new tracking number and cost on USPS receipt website, FOUR TIMES.
Aliexpress denies that I sent it out.

Aliexpress has become more and more aggressive about denying returns as of 6 months ago and it has gotten to absurd levels. This is more evidence than they would need to convict a man of murder and it's hasn't saited their appetite.

This videos existence alone should tell you the level of distrust I currently harbor towards this company and it's sellers.
