South Korean e-commerce company Coupang is planning an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange,... and intends to have its shares listed as early as next month.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission says it is offering shares of Class A common stock of Coupang.
The number of shares and their price is yet to be revealed.
Bloomberg has estimated Coupang's initial value to be worth 30 billion U.S. dollars.
The local e-commerce giant has been expanding its markets,... including delivery services and online video streaming services.
In the U.S., it has offices in Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Los Angeles.
