I've started to see an alarming and growing trend in my comments section over the past couple weeks.

People all over the country have been expressing their heightened anxieties over a large number of topics, with the most popular including: finances, relationships, that thing out there, personal self worth and the future.

While these are some heavy and important topics, I do feel that I am qualified to share my thoughts on managing anxiety, especially when it comes to easing the stress of financial burdens.

Not only am I an entrepreneur and business owner, but I’m also a motivational speaker and author that has helped hundreds of people break free from their mental prisons and become the success story of their dreams.

I talk a lot in my book about how our society places so many financial and emotional expectations, burdens and pressures on every one of us.

By understanding and playing with these rules instead of letting them bog you down, you can create your own reality and break free from society’s stranglehold on your mind.

Anxiety is defined as a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.

Hmm, that sounds like pretty much everything these days.

With so many problems and not a lot of answers, life for billions of people across the world has been completely upended and uncertain.

So it’s completely normal to feel anxious during these unprecedented times, but you can’t let it get the best of you.

At the end of the day, you are the architect of your own story and only you have the ability to overcome your worries and achieve your goals.

The only way to overcome anxiety is to face it head on and keep fighting your good fight.

I struggle to get out of bed every morning, but I push onwards and won’t stop moving forwards until I have achieved all of my goals for the day.

As an IronMan, I am constantly overwhelmed and fearful of my next race.

But the only way that I can actually complete the full swim, bike and run is to train my butt off for months to alleviate any potential issues and fears that may arise during the big day.

Anxiety is a beast that impacts everyone differently, and it’s completely normal to feel these strong emotions during these unbelievable times.
