Quick Guide: Verify Salesforce Account Credentials on our Facebook & Instagram Shopping App

Thank you for installing our Facebook & Instagram Shopping App. In this video tutorial, we’ll guide you step-by-step on how to authenticate your Salesforce account credentials.

It is the first step of the onboarding process in which you need to verify your:

1). Account Manager Client ID
2). Account Manager Secret Key
3). Sub Domain URL
4). Short Code
5). Organization ID
6). Site ID

Please make sure you must have access to your Salesforce Account Manager i.e. Demandware Account plus Salesforce Business Manager Account to retrieve the above-mentioned credentials.

The process is super simple, the only difficulty merchants face is regarding the whereabouts of the details on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. And, this is what our video tutorial will help you understand effortlessly.
