As we're getting close to 2021, it's time to think about new content ideas. Although Pinterest is a visual search engine, and you should be giving priority to your account and pin optimization along with your keyword research, being creative on how you use your account is also important. You don't need to reinvent the wheel, but the platform in so many creative ways. Visit my recent video "Pinterest Content Tips You Should Know 2021" to learn more.

NOTE: These tips are transferable to other industry types if you customize them.

✅ e-Commerce: Create an FAQ board where you'll answer questions received about specific products and link your pins back to the specific products. You'll help your audience by answering a question they may have and then send them to that particular product. Take note of the season and if you are trying to promote seasonal content, create and share this type of content at least 3-4 months before the season.

✅ Business Coaching: Create a "client wins" board where you share both graphic and video testimonials from your current and past clients. Link these pins to your funnel, either your low-ticket entry point item or your freebie. You can also link those pins to your meeting booking system.

✅ Wellness & Nutrition: Are you sharing wellness & nutrition tips on Instagram, here on LinkedIn, Facebook or any other platform? Take your videos and repurpose them on Pinterest (be mindful of the format.) Link your videos to your various blogs, programs, or products that are relevant to what you are discussing in your video. If you don't have videos to repurpose, create your own vertical videos with your phone to share quick tips with your audience. Did you ever run a wellness challenge of any kind? Create a board related to the challenge topic, repurpose snippets of the content from your previous challenges to create pins directing your audience to sign-up for the next challenge. Keep your timeline in mind when it comes to this tip, especially if you are solely focussing on organic content here.

✅ Employment Agency: Create a board for tips for job seekers and one for tips for recruitment. Create a "theme of the month" related to employment searching and recruiting. Record daily/weekly tips for your audience to share and share your regular videos to these boards. Link the videos to your client intake forms. Already have these type of videos on other platforms? Repurpose them.
