This video is made to aware our viewers about fake returns in e-commerce selling. Recently one of our orders got courier return, that means it never reached to the customer and got returned to us. When we received it and opened the box, we got a different item, which we did not ship. So we made an "SPF Claim" from seller portal for the same. It was accepted by Flipkart. In such cases you should have at least four to five pictures and a video while opening the returned box to claim the SPF.
