Learn how to integrate your Shopify store with Replyco helpdesk.

Step 1 - Add the integration in Replyco and authorize the app from with your Shopify admin account.

Step 1 - Copy the email address from Replyco into your Shopify "Contact Email" and "Sender Email" fields (under Settings, General).

If you are using a third-party contact form, we also recommend you configure the system with the same Replyco email address.
