How to Manage Your Warehouse | Sellercloud Tutorial

Learn how to easily manage and add warehouses in the Sellercloud platform.

Here’s how to access the full list all of your warehouses in Sellercloud:

► Click on the drop-down bar that says “Inventory” and click on the “Manage Warehouses” tab
► You can find all of your warehouses and information listed in the grid
► To find a warehouse filter by the desired criteria
► You can create one or multiple warehouses

Warehouses can be sellable or unsellable. A sellable warehouse has inventory available for purchase so long that the inventory selling criteria are met. An unsellable warehouse has an inventory that is unavailable for sale. A warehouse for returned items can be marked as unsellable so they can be checked before returning to your inventory. Unsellable inventory will always be included in your physical quantity but it won’t appear in your sellable or aggregate quantity used in order fulfillment.

Here’s how to add a new warehouse:

► Click the blue button at the bottom and choose “Warehouse”
► Name your warehouse, choose your warehouse type and indicate if it’s sellable or not
► Click on the blue arrow button at the top of the information window and fill in your warehouse’s name and address
► To validate your address, click on the icon at the right side of the green bar
► Once you’re done click on the green flag icon to create your new warehouse
