How to set up an e-commerce website from scratch. The steps are very simple. Here are the steps to setting up your E-commerce website:
1. Determine what you will be selling and how.
Most leading e-commerce platforms will be able to cater to what you plan to sell but it is important to know what you need so that your e-commerce website experience is the best it can be for the user

I use Cloudflare for all common domain types because they are reliable and most affordable. I also use the wholesale version of ventraIP for local domains.

Continue to improve your site with continual development and optimisation. There is always something to be done to make the site load faster or improve the user experience or search engine optimisation. This is something that you will be able to rank against your competitors.
You should be using tools to help measure this. Google Analytics and Google Search console are a good start. You can also use other tools like pagespeed.web.dev and hotjar to find further areas to improve.
