I am developing MultiTouch Commerce, an enterprise-grade e-commerce platform designed to help African businesses connect to global and local online marketplaces such as TikTok Shop, AliExpress, Alibaba, BackMarket, and social media storefronts. The goal is to enable sellers to easily import products from multiple sources, manage inventory, fulfill orders, and market across channels without needing advanced technical skills.

AI-Powered Content Optimization: AI rewrites product descriptions, translates them into local languages, and generates SEO-friendly titles to boost search rankings.
Omnichannel Integration: Direct connections to TikTok Shop (via Singapore partner account), WhatsApp Business API, and other sales channels to sync product availability and handle orders in real-time.
Smart Fulfillment: Integration with Pickup Mtaani and local couriers to handle delivery for Kenyan audiences while sourcing globally.
Multi-Seller Capabilities: Supports vendor accounts, commission tracking, and centralized management, allowing me to act as a multi-channel network (MCN) for shops.
With the $300 credits, I will deploy scalable backend services on the cloud, set up the product scraping and API integration modules, and handle AI-powered description generation pipelines. This will accelerate development and allow real-world testing with live seller accounts.
