Russell was a high-performing tech who wasn't being challenged within his current role so, he decided to start his own business instead. Four years later, Culpeper Home Services is now a $3.3M business offering Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC services to the residents of Culpeper County. Russell and I spoke at length about the challenges he overcame during his first few years of business, the benefits of operating in a small market, and how delivering exceptional customer service was always a top priority.
