Ashish Garg talk throw’s deep insights into life. In life we might face many adversities which may be physical, emotional or financial but we have to chose between the yin and yang of life. Always advise your brain to work upon three things - making money, creativity, keeping fit. "Adversity is your preparation time for greatness" - Ashish Garg Mr. Ashish Garg is the Founder and Managing Director of Group G, which is the largest real estate developer of Orissa with more than 4000 apartments under construction, also built India’s largest marketplace Grand Bazaar. He had moved into a new city away from family business and had founded this company which was awarded as the “Most Trusted Developer of the State“ by Times of India group. His management style is very simplistic, and inspired by entrepreneurial values passed on over generations in India. The company is a zero debt company, with attrition close rate close to NIL. He likes sharing various anecdotes and situations faced by him in his entrepreneurial journey in a very interesting manner.
