Promoted listings are changing in the way they are being calculated (you pay the promoted listing fee on the entire amount the buyer pays ebay) instead of just the price of the item. Aside from that, do not panic about the terms of service verbiage which many are saying simply hasn't changed, plus I do have a reply from eBay on this topic as well.
Also, I have seen reports of the eBay relist feature changing in that watchers and views are not retained and the listing is issued a new item number. Makes me wonder what the purpose would be to use this feature or is it another eBay glitch.
