Sadly, eBay is giving up on the principles of transparency and openness that made it great -- it is now requiring refurbishers to sign a 3-year mutual non-disclosure agreement before they can join the new eBay Refurbished program. A community simply cannot exist in silence, and it's important that we object loudly to this very bad idea.
