In this UX case study, I redesigned the Russul Boutique e-commerce website, a Nigerian men’s fashion store, to improve the online shopping experience and boost customer trust.

Through usability testing, I discovered key user pain points:
???? Difficulty finding items
???? Slow, clunky checkout
???? No reviews or trust signals
???? Concerns about payment security

Based on these insights, I redesigned the site with:
✅ Simplified filtering
✅ Quick Look + express checkout
✅ Multiple payment methods
✅ Reviews, ratings, and trust badges
✅ A seamless cart drawer for smooth shopping flow

Every solution came directly from listening to users — turning frustrations into design improvements.
