Meet the Speaker: Dr. Chinmoyee Maharana
Assistant Professor, Dept. of Zoology, University of Jammu
Stem cell research expert and advocate for Autism care innovation.

Dr. Chinmoyee Maharana is an emerging neuroscientist with a Ph.D. from the National Brain Research Centre, India. Recognized with the Young Scientist Award in 2011 by Nobel Laureate Prof. Venkatraman Ramakrishnan, her pioneering research on synaptic plasticity and memory has been published in leading international journals.

She has worked alongside world-renowned neuroscientists, including Prof. Mark P. Mattson at NIH, USA, where she earned the Fellow Award for Research Excellence in 2015. Her work spans Alzheimer's disease, neuronal plasticity, and biotherapeutics, with accolades including the Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellow Award from the Israeli Government.
