ContextLogic (WISH) Splits Stock: Enough To Keep It Competitive? #shorts

Today ContextLogic or Wish completed a 1-for 30 reverse split in an effort to make the shares look more aesthetically pleasing for investors. The mobile ecommerce platform has had issues with catching a bid. On an adjusted basis the stock traded as high as $985.50 during the pandemic but it has not been able to get out of its own way since then. Today the stock is trading at $8.03. Competitors within this space like Amazon, Walmart, and even Alibaba a have been able to capture and maintain market share by offering a wide range of products and services from reputable suppliers which has been an issue for Wish.
