Why eBay buyers don't leave positive feedback quickly as negative feedback?

Dear eBay UK sellers, I have done some research and came across this conclusion that only 5% of eBay sellers leave positive feedback.
So 5 positive feedback out of 100 items sold, but when the buyer is disappointed 90% of them will leave negative feedback.

Why is that?


When you selling stuff of eBay you get paid for the item, So subconscious mind says well I got the item and I paid for it, why leave feedback

unless there is something wrong with an item which makes a buyer leave negative feedback. You can resolve the matter with the buyer and ask them to revise the feedback.
If they don't, check eBay feedback policy and feedback rules you can call eBay and have feedback removed. I had this done any time by calling customer services.

Let's be realistic I personally love to complain about everything.
