In this video I talk about the wages and salaries in the BPO or Call Center Industry. I address schedules, coming to work on time, management and their ability to lead to and inspire their people. The industry brought in close to US$900 Million in revenue in 2021 and continues to grow even in a pandemic. I also share how leaders to improve morale in the industry by leading with humility, emotional intelligence, accountability, reasonability, truthfulness and transparency.

BPOs especially in Jamaica services many Forbes Fortune 500 companies that demand high standards of excellence. As such the demands on employees are great. As such leaders need to find a balance in managing employees to deliver superior results while preserving their mental health.
