hours and hours of beating on your craft. You have probably heard this before, and it is the truth.
You don't become great and you don't achieve greatness just because you are "born for it". Here are a few examples:
Me. Most people would say that I'm born for business. I'm a talented speaker compared to my age, I understand people, I think fast, but what most people don't understand is that I didn't have these skills when I started. It took years to get to a decent level, and still I have to learn a lot more.

When I first started speaking in front of a camera at the age of 14 I couldn't speak for a minute without saying "aaa" or stopping.
Another example of a person that is very well known. Cristiano Ronaldo. He is definitely more talented at football than anyone else. Yet he has the best work ethic on his teams. He is the first to come to the practice and the last to leave. He takes care of his body more than anyone else. And that's the reason why he was the best.
Lastly, constant improvement and hard work are the two things that actually make you "born for it".
And if you focus on these two things, you will not only become great at what you do, you will stay great for a long period of time.
