A maximum of 4 years investment linked to the performance of Amazon.com Inc, Etsy Inc, Mercadolibre Inc, and Shopify.

GBP 2.70% Quarterly (10.80% p.a.)
USD 2.90% Quarterly (11.60% p.a.)

As with all CBG Notes, deep capital protection is provided by the issuer. This protection allows for up to 50% degradation and full capital will still be returned.

The quarterly income stream will be interrupted ONLY if the note autocalls, or the product runs to full term.

The first autocall opportunity is at 12 months, and thereafter every quarter.

The e-commerce investment basket is only referenced to the Autocall interrupting the flow of income. Income is not dependent on how they behave.
