AMMO Background Checks UNCONSTITUTIONAL in California

Judge Roger T Benitez, you all might know him as saint benitez has struck down the California ammunition background check law (again) as unconstitutional. Newsom is going to be big mad over this one. The case is Rhode V Bonta out of the 9th Circuit Court of appeals, He heard this case previously dealing with Proposition 63. A measure passsed by the voters of the state. That does not mean the law can stand however. Benitez cites the NYSRPA V Bruen decision when he states that there is no historical analog to thge law and therefore it violates the second amendment.
