In December of 2023, Amazon announced an arsenal of new, complicated fees that Sellers would be paying. Those fees were to begin in March 2024 as well as into April.

One such fee is the new "FBA Low Inventory Level Fee". This fee is a nasty surcharge that Amazon charges you PER UNIT when items sell that are below what Amazon determines to be an optimal amount of inventory coverage based on both a 30-day and a 90-day sales history.

In this video, Fred McKinnon explains the Low Inventory Level Fee, as well as Amazon's decision to refund the fees that are incurred in April so that sellers better understand how they work.
