Adam is co-founder and managing director of City Winery, Brisbane’s first urban winery since 1860. A self professed ‘washed-up ad guy’ and serial entrepreneur Adam has enjoyed a 15 year career starting, running and exiting a number of businesses across the advertising, tech and now hospitality/tourism landscapes.
