Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba Group Holding Ltd.'s cloud division has begun a round of job cuts that could reduce its staff by about 7%, according to a person familiar with the matter. This is part of an overhaul aimed at preparing the unit for a spinoff and eventual initial public offering. Peter Elstrom reports on Bloomberg Television.
