Video is an off the cuff conversation off the back of a couple of sit downs and coffee chats i had the pleasure of having today.. First with an old Account Manager of mine, always love catching up with this fell and the second was an awesome chat with @CLFurlong and Karla who took the time out of their day to come say g'day.
Whilst the video isnt a direct response to anything discussed, it always amazes me the insights you get from listening to other share their experience or get out of you by speaking about your own journey's.... and this is where the video spawned from, thinking of the challenges we impose on ourselves with barriers to trade.
The areas spoken about are:
1. Change
2. Competition
3. Customers
All of the above are issues we face daily, and how we tackle these will potentially dictate our success. Although it is just a ramble, one of many i have done, there are some nuggets within on how to tackle some of your concerns and how to push through or reassess how one manages or thinks about the 3 C's.
