By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
◽ discuss the impact of stress on our ability to work effectively and compassionately for affected communities,
◽ describe the concepts of secondary traumatisation, compassion fatigue and burnout and how these impact our work,
◽ outline strategies to implement self-care individually and in their teams.
